图1,2 同一患者甲状腺左叶2个结节,其中图1结节表现为极低回声结节伴微钙化,图2结节可见微分叶:术后病理均为高细胞亚型
图3 甲状腺右叶较大低回声结节,邻近包膜:术后病理为柱状细胞亚型
图4,5 甲状腺右叶不均质低回声伴微钙化(图4),血流信号丰富(图5):术后病理为鞋钉亚型
图6 甲状腺左叶回声弥漫不均,内见多发点状强回声呈暴风雪征:术后病理为弥漫硬化型
