图2 右下腹包块术中及术后病理图像。图a为术中所见极高张力囊性肿块；图b为手术切除后肿物标本剖开大体观，可见腔内黄色浓稠黏液样物，皱襞消失；图c为术后病理图片，镜检可见阑尾腔内黏液及巨细胞反应（HE ×100），提示阑尾黏液囊肿伴局部异位巨细胞反应
