图1 骶尾部畸胎瘤胎儿超声检查图像。图a示胎儿双顶径为43 mm,头围为156 mm;图b二维超声显示胎儿小脑形态结构正常,后颅窝池未见明显异常;图c示骶尾部外突,见一无回声区(箭头所示),范围约52 mm×48 mm,内见不均匀中等回声,范围约30 mm×24 mm;与胎儿骶尾部相延续;图d显示骶尾部肿块实性部分内可见条状血流信号,发自腹主动脉末端;图e显示胎儿脊柱生理弯曲存在,排列整齐,与骶尾部肿块不相连;图f显示胎儿膀胱大小正常,膀胱两侧脐动脉可见
