图1 3岁小儿股四头肌腱(QT)长轴切面声像图,显示层状分布的强回声肌腱附着于髌骨表面,髌骨主要为低回声软骨,中央可见骨化中心呈弧形强回声(↓)
图2 新生儿双侧膝关节呈反屈状态,轻度外翻(左图)。膝关节上方纵断面超声检查显示股四头肌腱(QT)附着于髌骨(P)表面,髌骨位置上移,动态超声扫查显示髌骨外侧移位。股骨骨化中心(F)与胫骨骨化中心(T)紧邻,关节间隙消失
图8 15岁女孩儿,体瘦。无意发现右侧大腿局部质硬肿物,行超声检查。局部横断面扫查显示肌层内弧形强回声伴后方声影,其表面可见均匀的软骨低回声包绕,探头旋转90度局部纵断面扫查显示强回声向深方延续与股骨皮质相延续(↓↓)。符合骨软骨瘤的诊断。
