图5 心包囊肿切除术后病理图像（HE ×100）。图示囊壁由纤维脂肪组织构成，局部表面覆单层立方上皮，囊壁间见薄壁及厚壁血管，伴散在分布的神经纤维丛，间质内散在及灶状慢性炎细胞浸润，符合左心耳根部心包囊肿
